I started drawing Garudamon because while I was rewatching Digimon 01 I was a little frustrated that with the two (then eventually three) female Digimon, one of their forms ends up pretty much a dude. I wanted to draw her with a body that looks a little more female. I was getting tempted to draw Lilymon next to her, but then I remembered the sketch of Angewomon I drew last year that I could implement into it then I knew I had to do all three together! So here’s the 01 DigiGirlies! Just in time because I just finished watching the entire first season.

I want to finish this but I have no idea when that’ll be.

So, this ended up taking a lot longer to finish than I originally intended.  I started off with the Hououmon redesign and worked my way backwards.  When I was drawing Garudamon, however, my comuter felt the need to randomly shut down, requiring me to do lots of stuff all over.  BUT I DID IT.  Now everyone can witness the majesty of Sora, Yokomon, Biyomon, Birdramon, Garudamon, and my Hououmon extravaganza.
